Refund policy

We hope that you are satisfied with what you ordered. If you encounter any problem, we are honored to assist you through the following policy:
  • You can make an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the product, this period is calculated from the date you receive the product(s). For the right of Exchange or return to apply, the products in your order must be returned in the same condition in which they were received in its original condition, this means that you must not have used the products to a greater extent than required to check the size, fit. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase ( the courier bill ).available for inspection upon receipt. If you receive the product without inspection, it is not permitted to return it
How to exchange or return:

  2. Please clarify order number and mobile number.
  3. Please clarify the product you want to replace.
  4. In the event of a complaint about the product or the product does not match the displayed image, please explain the problem in clear pictures within a maximum of two days of receipt.
  5. Evaci bears the full shipping costs if the product is defective or the wrong product or size is sent.
  6. In the event that the exchange or return is due to a reason other than the above, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
  7. If a problem appears with the product after use, kindly communicate with us and address the problem, please explain it in detailed writing and with clear pictures at the same time the problem appears.
  8. If the product requires inspection, the product will be received and examined through the quality department, and the customer will be responded to within 1 to 3 days maximum of the order’s arrival at the company’s headquarters, with the appropriate procedure given the status of the order.
  9. Replaced product will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
  10. Requests for exchange and return are processed within 72 working hours.
  11. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once Evaci receives your return Evaci will refund what you have paid within 14 days. Should you return fewer products than what you originally ordered, Evaci will refund the cost of only the product(s) you return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
